1. What this is
Delilah Home is a private, non-commercial assistant operated by one family on its own server. It is not a commercial product, is not sold or licensed, and is not offered to the general public. Access is limited to members of the operating household.
2. Acceptable use
By connecting your account you agree to use Delilah only for your own personal and household purposes, and not to use it to break the law, to access another person's account or data without their permission, or to attempt to disrupt the system.
3. Your account and data
You connect your own Google account voluntarily and may disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

This is a home server maintained as a hobby. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change behaviour at any time without notice. No uptime is promised and no support is guaranteed.
6. No warranty
Delilah is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of Delilah, including lost data, missed messages, or actions taken on the basis of its output.
8. Ending access
You may stop using Delilah and revoke access at any time. The operator may end or restrict access at any time, for any reason.
9. Changes
These terms may change; the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
